Edward Linacre Studio operates a product design and development department, servicing clients in a diverse range of industries.

Edward’s international experience in product design informs his studio process. He cut his teeth in Germany at the internationally recognised design studio, wiege, after studying under Prof. Werner Sauer (Wilkhahn). In 2011 he launched his own studio and has since forged lasting client partnerships that continue to this day, received international acclaim, and co-authored eight US Medical Device design patents, filed by Medical Developments International.

In 2013 Edward co-founded Mycelium Studios, a creative community platform and co-working space that now houses over 60 creative businesses under the one roof, and operates a multidisciplinary creative consultancy; Mycelium Creative.

In collaboration or independently, Edward has completed design and fabrication projects for the NGV, Louis Vuitton, IBM, Mihan Aromatics, Ogilvy, Telstra, Sussex Tapware, Medical Developments International, the Australian Government, Rainbow Serpent festival, Inner Varnika Festival, and a number of Australia's most notable Architecture and Interior Design firms.

Edward brings his diverse experience and expertise in product development to each project.  He has a passionate user-centered approach, and an environmentally focused design process.
